Bluffli is operated by Neuralway Technologies Private Limited. The account-enabled game requires sign-in. Here is how to remove your account and saved data, or ask us for help.

Delete your player account

Open Bluffli → Settings → Delete my account → Delete my account permanently. Confirm your Apple or Google sign-in if asked. This removes your cloud profile, cloud saved-game document, connected provider identities and account-linked analytics presence, and invalidates account sessions on other devices. Apple authorization is revoked before deletion completes. If that step fails, retry the deletion or contact us for help; the app will not claim deletion succeeded.

The deleting device also attempts to remove that account’s local saves, recovery copy, room credentials and drafts. It does not erase copies on other devices, older guest storage or operating-system backups, or automatically close a room and remove messages already sent there. Leave an active room before deletion and clear app/site storage on other devices if needed. You can also request account deletion by email without reinstalling the app; we will verify account ownership before acting.

Account deletion removes your account-based blocks. A private safety report may remain for its 90-day review period, including the account identifiers and any brief message or clue attached as evidence. Contact support if you need help with a safety record.

Reset saved games

Open Bluffli → Settings → Reset saved games → Confirm. This replaces the current groups, custom words, scores and game history with a fresh save. The reset can sync to the same account on other devices; it does not delete your account or close an online room. A recovery copy or an older device backup can remain. For account and cloud-save deletion, use Delete my account instead.

Remove a device copy

Signing out keeps that account’s isolated device save for later. Clear the app’s storage or the website’s browser data to remove saved copies from that device. This does not remove the cloud account save. Operating-system backups follow the device’s own settings.

Stop optional usage analytics

Open Privacy choices on Home or in Settings and decline analytics. On the website, use Privacy choices at the bottom of the page. This stops future optional reports and clears the local reporting identifier and queued events. It does not remove statistics already reported.

Close a private room

The host can choose Close room to clear its current game, picks, predictions, clues, votes, chat and voice signals. Stepping out keeps your seat available for reconnection. Between games, choose Leave room · Free my seat to remove your membership. Clear this site’s browser data to remove all saved room credentials from the browser. All rooms stop accepting access after two hours; expired records are deleted asynchronously by the database. Audio is never recorded by Bluffli.

Request deletion

Email zero@neuralway.ai with the subject “Bluffli data deletion”. Tell us whether you used the app or browser, the approximate date, and which information you want deleted. For a private-room request, you may include the room code and your display name. Do not send the invitation link, passwords, secret cards or other players’ private messages.

We will help identify and delete records we can reasonably connect to your request. Player accounts are identified by their connected sign-in provider and account ID. Optional analytics exclude names and email addresses. Account-linked recent-presence records use a pseudonym and are removed by the account-deletion flow; reporting identifiers and aggregate counters are separate. We may ask for enough information to verify the request without exposing anyone else’s data.

What can remain

Already combined, anonymous statistics cannot be attributed back to you. Live analytics records leave live counts after 90 seconds and are scheduled for deletion after ten minutes. Duplicate-protection records expire after 90 days; aggregate statistics expire after 400 days; infrastructure logs are retained for seven days. Database expiry deletion is asynchronous, and account and analytics backups can retain deleted records for up to 35 further days. Clearing local game data does not remove copies in device backups controlled by your operating system.
